Yardena Wolf is a seasoned political strategist and operative, with experience managing high-profile governmental and statewide political operations. Most recently, she served as Campaign Manager for a leading California gubernatorial campaign, where she directed an operation with a multi-million dollar budget and hundreds of staff, consultants, and vendors across the country. In that role, she led campaign strategy, paid and earned communications, media buying, political outreach, and organizational management for one of the country’s most closely watched statewide races, while managing relationships with elected officials, labor organizations, donors, coalition partners, and key political stakeholders.
She has served as Chief of Staff in a leadership office in the US House of Representatives, advising on political, legislative, communications, and personnel matters while overseeing teams across Washington, D.C. and California district offices. She managed budgeting, coordinated with congressional leadership and administration officials, and helped guide long-term strategic priorities alongside day-to-day operations.
In addition to her political work, Wolf is an advocate for modernizing political campaign infrastructure. In 2025, she launched Findraiser, an AI-driven fundraising platform designed to streamline fundraising by improving donor targeting and reducing reliance on outdated CRMs.
Wolf previously served as Vice President of Berger Hirschberg Strategies in New York City, a political consulting firm specializing in fundraising. During her tenure, she worked on nearly 100 political campaigns across the country, including serving as National Finance Director for a presidential campaign.
She is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she majored in Political Science. She remains active with the University, sitting on the Blackburn Institute’s Advisory Board and having been an awardee of the school’s 18 Under 31 honors.
