Royce Dickerson
Royce L. Dickerson, MBA, is a member of the Blackburn Class of 2019. He serves as a Logistics Readiness Officer in the United States Air Force. He also serves as Director, Strategic Health Initiatives at Aflac.
Prior to these roles, Royce held key public service positions, including Director of Operations in the Office of Former President Joe Biden and Director of Office Management at the White House, where he supported complex, high-impact operations across the Executive Office of the President.
A graduate of The University of Alabama, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and expanded his passion for heightening the student experience as a liaison between students and administrators. During his academic career, he has been actively involved in organizations such as Capstone Men and Women, the Graduate Student Association, the Honors College, the Student Government Association, Jason’s Senior Men’s Honorary, and various honor societies. He has also worked with Apple and Adobe, where he assisted in the successful integration of two campus rollouts to make technological programming more accessible to underserved students. Royce was the recipient of the 2021 Alumni Student Award by the UA National Alumni Association, recognizing his contributions and achievements within the University community.
Royce is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and is involved with the White House Historical Association Next Generation Leadership Program, the Air & Space Forces Association, and the American Legion. He is also a licensed Realtor®. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and MBA from The University of Alabama.
Outside of his professional work, Royce is actively pursuing his Private Pilot License.
His interests include family, hospitality, aviation, history, leadership, and service.
